脑卒中主要照顾者心理弹性及影响因素研究

目的探讨脑卒中患者主要照顾者心理弹性现状,并分析其影响因素。方法采用一般资料问卷和心理弹性量表对220名住院脑卒中患者主要照顾者进行问卷调查。结果脑卒中患者主要照顾者心理弹性得分为(69.96±13.69)分,处于中等水平;主要照顾者的性别、年龄、照顾时间和压力是主要照顾者心理弹性的影响因素(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论脑卒中患者主要照顾者心理弹性水平有待提高,护理人员应针对影响因素给予主要照顾者个体化的干预措施,促进主要照顾者积极应对,提高主要照顾者的心理弹性,使其更好地照顾患者,提高生活质量。

Study on resilience and influencing factors of the main caregivers of stroke patient

Objective To discuss the current status of resilience among the main caregivers of stroke patient,and analyze its influencing factors.Methods A total of 220 stroke patients’ family caregivers were investigated by general information questionnaires and Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale.Results The score of Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale was (69.96 ± 13.69),which at middle level.The gender and age of caregivers,caring time and caregiver strain were major factors affecting resilience among the main caregivers of stroke patient (P ＜ 0.01 or P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The current status of resilience among the main caregivers of stroke patient needs to be improved.Nursing staff should take targeted intervention measures for the main caregivers of stroke patient according to the influence factors,promote main caregivers active coping style,improve the main caregivers'resilience so as to take care of patients better,and improve the quality of life.
