急诊科护士情绪智力与人文关怀能力的相关性研究

目的调查急诊科护士情绪智力和人文关怀能力的现状,并探索二者之间的相关性,为提高急诊科护士人文关怀能力提供依据。方法采用情绪智力量表和人文关怀能力评价量表对3所综合性医院的176名急诊科护士进行问卷调查。结果急诊科护士情绪智力总分为(121.74±13.45)分,人文关怀能力总分为(187.05±21.27)分;情绪智力与人文关怀能力呈正相关(P0.01);夜班数量和情绪智力中的感知情绪和调控自我情绪是急诊科护士人文关怀能力的影响因素(P0.01)。结论急诊科护士人文关怀能力整体处于较低水平,情绪智力对急诊科护士的人文关怀能力具有影响作用。

The relationship between emotional intelligence and humanistic caring capability of emergency nurses

Objective To investigate the status of emotional intelligence and humanistic caring capability among emergency nurses,and analyze the relationship between them,so as to provide reference to improve humanistic caring capability of emergency nurses.Methods Totally,176 emergency nurses from 3 comprehensive hospitals were investigated with Emotional Intelligence Scale(EIS) and Caring Ability Inventory(CAI).Results The total score of EIS in emergency nurses was (121.74 ± 13.45).The total score of CAI was (187.05 ± 21.27).The emotional intelligence was positively correlated with humanistic care ability (P ＜ 0.01).The night shift times,emotional perception and managing self-relevant emotions of emotional intelligence had predicted emergency nurses'humanistic care ability (P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion The humanistic caring capability of emergency nurses is at a low level.The emotional intelligence has significantly impact on emergency nurses' humanistic caring capability.
