项目管理在骨科手术取消器械跟台人员中的运用

目的探讨项目管理在骨科手术取消器械跟台人员中的应用效果。方法成立核心管理圈,规范物资采购及准入制度,实施预约、接收、供应、配给、回收流程,完善信息化建设,培养手术室骨科专业护士,并进行持续质量改进。结果实施项目管理后,未发生手术延误、收费错误、器械包错误现象;手术室感染监测合格率及骨科医生对护士的满意度均提高(P<0.01)。结论将项目管理引入取消器械跟台人员管理中,可有效规避由器械跟台人员带来的风险因素,保障了患者的医疗安全。

Application of project management in abolishing the instrument company personnel of orthopedic surgery

Objective To evaluate the effect of project management in abolishing the instrument company personnel of orthopedic surgery.Methods The measure included establishing management circle,regulating material procurement and assess system,implement of appointment,reception,supply,rationing and recycling process,improving the information construction,training orthopedic surgery specialist nurses,and continuous improving the quality.Results By using the project management,there were no surgical delay,missed charges and equipment package error.The infection detection monitoring of operating room and doctor's satisfaction degree of nurse wero increasd (P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion By using the project management in abolishing the instrument company personnel,the risk factors decrease,which protects the medical safety of patients.
