急诊科护士工作场所暴力情况与离职意愿的相关性研究

摘    要:目的调查急诊科护士工作场所暴力与离职意愿情况,并分析其相关性。方法采用离职意愿量表、医院工作场所暴力调查问卷对北京市13所医院的385名急诊科护士进行问卷调查。结果急诊科护士离职意愿均分为(2.74±0.58)分,处于较高水平。385名护士在过去12个月中,遭受语言攻击(89.87%)、威胁(70.65%)的发生率较高,其次是躯体攻击(20.52%),性骚扰最少(3.90%)。语言攻击、威胁分别与离职意愿Ⅰ(辞去目前工作的可能性)、离职意愿Ⅱ(寻找其他工作的动机)呈正相关(P0.01)。结论管理人员应考虑语言攻击和威胁的发生,以降低急诊科护士的离职意愿。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the status of workplace violence and turnover intention of emergency nurses,and analyze its correlation.Methods A total of 385 emergency nurses from 13 hospitals in Beijing were investigated with the Turnover Intention Scale and Version of Hospital Workplace Violence Questionnaire.Results The average turnover intention score of emergency nurses was (2.74 ± 0.58),which was at a higher level.During the past 12 months,the incidence of language to attack,threat,physical assault and sexual assault were 89.87%,70.65%,20.52% and 3.90% respectively.The incidence of verbal abuse and threat was positively correlated with turnover intention Ⅰ (possibility of quiting the present job) and turnover intention Ⅱ (motivation of looking for the other work) (P < 0.01).Conclusion The manager should pay attention to the incidence of language to attack and threat for reducing the turnover intention.
