家庭跟进式护理在老年卧床肺炎患者中的应用研究

目的评价家庭跟进式护理在老年卧床肺炎患者中的应用效果。方法将180例老年卧床肺炎患者分为观察组与对照组各90例。出院时对照组给予常规出院指导,观察组在常规护理的基础上采取家庭跟进式护理,包括成立家庭跟进式小组、建立出院患者档案、评估患者居住环境及康复辅助用具配备情况、指导预防卧床相关并发症以及康复训练指导等。出院3个月两组进行治疗效果、康复依从性和患者满意度评价。结果观察组患者治疗有效率、康复依从性和患者满意度均高于照组(P0.01或P0.05)。结论家庭跟进式护理应用于老年卧床肺炎患者能提高患者治疗效果、提高患者康复依从性和护理满意度。

The application study of family follow-up nursing in elderly patients with pneumonia in bed

Objective To evaluate the application effect of family follow-up nursing in elderly patients with pneumonia in bed.Methods A total of 180 cases of elderly patients with pneumonia in bed were divided into the observation group and the control group with 90 cases in each.Patients in the control group were given the conventional discharge guidance.Patients in the observation group were given family follow-up nursing,including setting up family follow -up file type group,setting up the hospital patients archives,assessing patient~ living environment and rehabilitation auxiliary appliance equipment,and rehabilitation training guide to prevention of complications caused by living in bed on the basis of conventional nursing.Three months after discharge,two groups of treatment effect,rehabilitation compliance and patients satisfaction evaluation were compared.Results Effective rate of treatment,rehabilitation compliance and patients satisfaction in patients of the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.01 or P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Family follow-through nursing in elderly patients with pneumonia in bed can improve therapeutic effect,patient compliance of rehabilitation and nursing satisfaction.
