造口护理应用于腹部渗漏伤口管理的临床效果研究

目的探讨造口护理在腹部渗漏伤口管理中的应用效果。方法选取收治的腹部渗漏伤口患者96例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组50例58处渗漏伤口和对照组46例53处渗漏伤口,对照组应用传统换药方法,观察组针对性处理伤口后应用造口袋管理腹部渗漏。结果应用造口护理后,观察组患者的伤口渗漏及周围皮肤损伤的发生率低于对照组(P0.01);换药频率、换药时间、换药成本均低于对照组(P0.01);观察组患者的下床活动时间和自我效能均优于对照组(P0.01)。结论在腹部渗漏伤口患者中应用造口护理能够促进伤口愈合,实现对伤口的有效管理,节约医疗成本和缩短护理时间,提高患者的自我效能感,值得推广应用。

Effect of stoma nursing in the management of abdominal leakage wound

Objective To explore the effects of the stoma nursing in the management of abdominal leakage wound.Methods According to the random number table method,a total of 96 patients with abdominal leakage were divided into the observation group (50 cases with 58 leakage wounds) and the control group (46 cases with 53 leakage wounds).Patients in the control group were treated with traditional dressing method,while patients in the observation group used ostomy bag to manage abdominal leakage after targeted treatment of wounds.Results After application of stoma nursing,the incidence rate of wound leakage and surrounding skin damage of observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.01).The dressing frequency,dressing time and dressing costs were lower than those in the control group (P ＜0.01).The activity time of leaving bed and self-efficacy of patients in observation group were better than the control group (P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion Application of ostomy care in patients with abdominal wound leakage can promote wound healing,realize the effective management of the wound,save medical cost,shorten the time of care,and improve patients’ self-efficacy,which is worthy of popularization and application.
