| 摘 要： | 通过介绍脊髓损伤神经源性膀胱患者清洁间歇导尿的应用情况,重点阐述清洁间歇导尿的主要并发症及其护理措施,并提出了未来的发展方向,即提高护理人员的专业水平和辅导能力、实施个体化清洁间歇导尿、加强健康教育、完善出院随访,为临床护士及患者后续开展清洁间歇导尿提供理论基础。

| Abstract: | To summarize the current application of clean intermittent catheterization in patients with neurogenic bladder disease,which emphasized on the major complications and relevant nursing measures,and to put forward the future development direction,such as enhancing nurses'professional ability and tutoring skill,implementing individual clean intermittent catheterization,strengthening the health education,improving the discharge fellow-up,aim to provide theoretical basis for clinical nurses and patients to carry out clean intermittent catheterization in the future. |
