肺结核患者自我感受负担及影响因素研究

目的调查肺结核患者自我感受负担、社会支持及家庭功能的现况,并分析三者之间的相关性,为临床护理人员提供实证依据。方法采用自我感受负担量表、社会支持评定量表、家庭功能量表对某三级传染病医院就诊和住院的600例肺结核患者进行调查。结果肺结核患者自我感受负担总分为(29.73±4.46)分,处于较高水平;80.17%的肺结核患者存在自我感受负担,其中重度负担97例(16.17%),中度负担205例(34.17%),轻度负担179例(29.83%);性别、年龄、治疗情况、社会支持及家庭功能是影响肺结核患者自我感受负担的主要因素。结论护理人员应当针对肺结核患者现况进行有效评估,制订合理、有效护理对策,提高患者生活质量,促进患者康复。

The level and influencing factors of self-perceived burden in tuberculosis patients

Objective To investigate the relationship among the self-perceived burden,social support and family function of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis,and provide evidence for clinical nurses.Methods Totally,600 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis patients in a grade three infectious disease hospital were investigated by Self-Perceived Burden Scale,Social Support Rating Scale,Family Assessment Device.Results Pulmonary tuberculosis patients' self-perceived burden score was (29.73 ± 4.46),which was in a relevant high level.And 80.17 ％ of the patients with pulmonary tuberculosis had self-perceived burden,97 cases (16.17 ％) had severe brrden,205 cases (34.17％),179 (29.83 ％) cases had mild burden.Gender,age,treatment status,social support and family function were the main factors of self-perceived burden of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.Conclusion Nursing staff should carry on the effective appraisal to the present situation of tuberculosis patients,formulate reasonable and effective nursing plan,improve the quality of life of patients,promote the rehabilitation of patients.
