高龄老年患者出院时抑郁程度及影响因素分析

目的探讨高龄老年患者出院时的抑郁水平及影响因素。方法采用老年抑郁量表和日常生活活动量表对银川市某三级甲等综合医院出院前316例高龄老年患者进行调查。结果高龄老年患者出院时抑郁症状的发生率为50.95%,抑郁评分为(5.02±3.41)分,明显高于国内常模(3.50±2.80)分(P0.01);多因素Logistic回归分析显示,曾经职业、经济来源、患病种类、生活自理能力是高龄老年患者出院时抑郁的影响因素。结论高龄老年患者出院时抑郁症状的发生率和抑郁水平均较高,护理人员应针对抑郁症状发生的影响因素,早期进行心理干预,以减少高龄老人抑郁症状的发生。

Investigation of depression level and influencing factors among elderly patients at discharge

Objective To investigate the depression level and the influencing factors of among elderly patients at discharge and the influencing factors.Method Totally,316 elderly patients in Yinchuan were investigated by Geriatric Depression Scale (GDS) and Activity of Daily Living Scale (ADL).Results The total incidence rate of the elderly depression was 50.95 ％,GDS score was (5.02 ± 3.41),significantly higher than domestic norm (3.50 ± 2.80)(P ＜ 0.01).Multiple logistic regression analysis confirmed that the career before retirement,economic sources,types of disease,living self-care ability were the influencing factors of elderly depression at discharge.Conclusion The incidences of depressive symptoms and depression levels of elderly patients are higher,nursing staff should aim at influencing factors of depression symptoms and early psychological intervention,to reduce the occurrence of elderly depressive symptoms.
