ICU护士职业延迟满足对工作满意度影响的研究

摘    要:目的调查ICU护士职业延迟满足以及工作满意度现况,分析二者之间的相关性及影响工作满意度的因素。方法采用职业延迟满足量表和护士工作满意度量表对280名ICU护士进行调查。结果 ICU护士的职业延迟满足总分为(21.32±3.58)分;工作满意度总分为(124.49±22.08)分;ICU护士职业延迟满足与工作满意度呈正相关(P0.01);职称和职业延迟满足为ICU护士工作满意度的主要影响因素(P0.01)。结论 ICU护理管理者应关注护士的职业延迟满足感,以提高其工作满意度。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the status of ICU nurses'vocational deferred gratification and job satisfaction,analyze the relevance and influencing factors on job satisfaction factors.Methods By using the vocational deferred gratification and job satisfaction scale to investigate 280 ICU nurses.Result The score of ICU nurses' occupational deferred gratification was (21.32 ± 3.58),the average job satisfaction score was (124.49 + 22.08).ICU nurses' vocational deferred gratification were positively related with job satisfaction(P < 0.01),and titles and professional deferred gratification were the main influencing factors of ICU nurses job satisfaction (P < 0.01).Conclusion ICU nursing managers should pay more attention to the nurses'vocational deferred gratification,in order to improve their job satisfaction.
