| 摘 要： | 目的了解住院癌痛患者口服止痛药物依从性现状,探讨癌痛患者服药依从性影响因素。方法采用一般资料问卷、服药依从性问卷、患者服药现状问卷对236例患者进行调查。结果癌痛患者服药依从性差,依从率仅41.53%;Logistic回归分析结果显示,居住情况、医疗费用支付方式、知识、信念、行为是癌痛患者服药依从性的影响因素。结论癌痛患者的服药依从性不容乐观,应针对独居患者及医疗费用支付方式、患者知识、信念、行为给予干预,以提高其服药依从性,保证止痛治疗效果,提高其生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To understand the status of compliance on analgesics for oral use among inpatients with cancer pain,and to discuss its influencing factors.Methods Totally,236 cases of patients were investigaed by the general data questionnaire,the medication compliance questionnaire and medication status questionnaire.Results The compliance rate was only 41.53 ％.Logistic regression analysis showed that the living conditions,providex payments,knowledge,belief,and behavior were the influencing factors of the medication compliance.Conclusion The nedication compliance of patients was not optimistic and take appropriate measures to improve the medication adherence,guarantee the analgesic treatment effect,and improve the quality of life according to lone patients,provider payments,knowledge,belief and behavior. |
