本科实习护生职业成熟度与职业生命质量相关性研究

目的了解本科实习护生职业成熟度与职业生命质量现状及二者的相关性,并分析其影响因素,为本科实习护生职业生涯指导及入职教育提供参考。方法采用中国大学生职业成熟度量表及职业生命质量量表对某院校护理本科专业248名临床实习学生进行调查。结果本科实习护生职业成熟度与职业生命质量评分分别为(3.20±0.26)分、(3.17±0.53)分,二者呈显著正相关(P0.01)。多元线性回归分析显示,性别、自愿选择护理专业、学生干部经历、与护理相关的社会实践经历、职业辅导以及职业生命质量的工作控制维度等因素对职业成熟度有影响(P0.01或P0.05)。结论本科实习护生职业成熟度及职业生命质量均处于中等水平,二者呈正相关,应进行针对性的职业教育以提高其职成熟度及职业生命质量。

The relationship between career maturity and quality of work life among undergraduate nursing interns

Objective To investigate the level of career maturity and quality of work life among undergraduate nursing interns,and to analyze their relationships for providing the references to career guidance.Method Totally,248 undergraduate nursing interns were investigated by the Career Maturity Inventory (CMI) and the Chinese version of the Work-Related Quality of Life Scale-2 (WRQOL2).Results The mean scores of students'career maturity and quality of work life were (3.20 ± 0.26),(3.17 ± 0.53),respectively.The score of career maturity was positively correlated with the score of quality of work life (P ＜ 0.01).Multiple regressions analysis showed that gender,choosing nursing as the first major,experience of student cadre and nursing practice,career guidance and work control of quality of work life had influenced career maturity (P ＜ 0.01 or P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The career maturity and quality of work life among undergraduate nursing interns were in medium level,and there were positive relationship between them.It suggests that specific career guidance should be taken to improve the career maturity and quality of work life among undergraduate nursing interns.
