农村宫颈癌患者自我感受负担及影响因素研究

目的调查农村宫颈癌患者自我感受负担状况,并分析其影响因素。方法采用患者一般资料问卷、自我感受负担量表、心理痛苦体温计和社会支持评定量表对109例农村宫颈癌患者进行调查。结果患者自我感受负担总分为(33.57±4.61)分,处于中等水平;患者自我感受负担与心理痛苦呈正相关,与社会支持呈负相关(P0.01);复发或转移、心理痛苦和社会支持是患者自我感受负担的主要影响因素。结论医务人员应重视农村宫颈癌患者的自我感受负担水平及其影响因素特点,为患者实施具有针对性和个性化的护理措施,以降低患者的自我感受负担水平。

The level and influencing factors of self-perceived burden among cervical cancer patients in rural

Objective To investigate the level and influencing factors of self-perceived burden among cervical cancer patients in rural.Methods Totally,109 rural cervical cancer patients were investigated with the Patients'General Information Questionnaire,Self-Perceived Burden Scale(SPBS),Distress Thermometer (DT) and Social Support Rate Scale (SSRS).Results The total score of SPBS was (33.57 ± 4.61),as a whole in moderate level.The patient self perceived burden was positively correlated with psychological distress,but negatively correlated with social support (P ＜ 0.01).Multiple regression analysis showed that the relapse or metastasis,distress thermometer and social support were main factors of self-perceived burden in rural cervical cancer patients.Conclusion The nurses should pay attention to the level and influencing factors of self-perceived burden in rural patients with cervical cancer.Then provide targeted and personalized nursing measures for patients,in order to reduce the level of self-perceived burden among patients.
