78所医院护理人员延续性护理认知与需求调查分析

目的调查医院护理人员对延续性护理的认知和需求,为延续性护理队伍建设及相关政策的制定提供依据。方法查阅相关文献,组织专家编制调查表,统一培训调查员,对78所医院的398名护理人员进行问卷调查。结果不同年龄、职称、职务、医院等级、科室和工作年限的护理人员对延续性护理知识掌握程度比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.01)。部分医院有网络随访系统、相关转诊制度、工作制度、延续性护理中心、监管部门等,但护理人员对自身培训、知识面扩展、上级监管政策制订等方面还存在需求,执行延续性护理工作时还存在一些担心。结论延续性护理服务队伍建设需要不断推进,建议将高年资护士纳入延续性护理团队,通过规范的工作制度和相关政策的支持来满足护理人员的认知和服务需求,以带动其工作积极性和整体护理团队对延续性护理的认知,促进延续性护理服务的健康持续开展。

Cognitive and needs analysis of nurses on continuous nursing in 78 hospitals

Objective To investigate the cognitive and needs of nursing staff on continuous nursing,to provide the basis for building the continuous nursing group and relevant policy.Methods To review the related literatures and organize experts to prepare questionnaires,unified training investigators,398 nurses from 78 hospitals were investigated with self-designed questionnaire.Results There were statistical differences on continuous nursing cognition in different age,job tide,duty,hospital level,department and working years (P ＜ 0.01).There were intemet follow-up system,related referral system,working system,continuous nursing center,regulators in some hospitals.Nurses continuing demand for training,expansion of knowledge and policy making,and also concerned about continuous nursing.Conclusion The continuous nursing in comprehensive hospital may need to be further strengthened,and high qualification nurse should join in continuous nursing team.In addition,we need to build some standardized work system and provide related policies to satisfy the need of nurses cognitive and service demand,promoting their enthusiasm for work and the implementation of continuous nursing in order to promote the development of continuous nursing services.
