慢性肾脏病护理领域研究现状的文献计量学分析

目的探讨我国慢性肾脏病护理领域的研究现状。方法通过检索被中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据库中收录12种护理期刊发表的慢性肾脏病护理领域论文,采用Bicomb书目共现分析软件提取数据,SPSS 21.0软件进行聚类分析,对文献进行计量学分析。结果检索出符合要求的文献1 407篇,文献数量总体呈上升趋势,2006年为发文高峰;核心作者有18名,共发文121篇,合作度为2.05;9.31%的文献有基金资助;关键词聚类结果可分为5类,研究内容比较广泛。结论慢性肾脏病护理领域文献数量迅速增长,相关研究群体已出现雏形,但还需进一步优化,文献基金资助力度不够,研究热点不显著,有待进一步加强。

Bibliometric analysis of current nursing research status in chronic kidney disease

Objective To explore the current nursing research status in chronic kidney disease field.Methods Articles in the field of chronic kidney disease nursing,included by 12 nursing journals in CNKI database and Wanfang database,were analyzed by Bicomb co-occurrence analysis system,and SPSS 21.0 was used for cluster analysis.Results The amounts of published papers were 1 407 pieces that meet the requirements,the number of literature showed an upward trend,and in 2006 for the post peak.There were 18 core authors with a total of 121 articles and a degree of cooperation 2.05,and 9.31％ of the literature was funded.Keywords clustering results could be divided into 5 categories,the research content was relatively wide.Conclusion The nursing research in chronic kidney disease has been growing rapidly,and the related research groups have been in the embryonic form,but need to be further optimized.Literature funding efforts are not enough,the research focus is not striking,which needs to be further strengthened.
