中青年冠心病患者健康行为及其影响因素研究

目的了解中青年冠心病健康行为水平及其影响因素。方法采用一般资料问卷、健康促进生活方式量表、冠心病健康信念问卷、社会支持评定量表对400例中青年冠心病患者进行问卷调查。结果中青年冠心病患者健康行为总分为(130.32±24.24)分,条目均分为(2.57±0.49)分。婚姻状况、病程、维护健康动机、社会支持是影响中青年冠心病患者健康行为的主要因素。结论中青年冠心病患者的健康行为水平有待提高,建议制订健康教育方案要充分考虑中青年冠心病患者健康行为的主要影响因素,改变不健康的生活方式,促进其身心健康。

The status and influencing factors of health behavior in young and middle-aged patients with coronary health disease

Objective To investigate the level and influencing factors of health behavior in young and middle-aged patients with coronary health disease.Methods Totally,400 young and middle-aged patients with coronary health disease were investigated by general information questionnaire,Health-Promoting Lifestyle Profile Ⅱ,Health Belief Questionnaire and Social Support Rating Scale.Results The total score of health promoting lifestyle of patients was (130.32 ±24.24),the average score of items was (2.57 ± 0.49).Multiple regression analysis showed that marital status,course of disease,maintenance motivation,and social support were significant factors of health behavior.Conclusion The level of health behavior of young and middle-aged patients with coronary health disease need be improved,nursing managers should formulate health education according to the main influencing factors of their health behaviors to change unhealthy lifestyle,so as to promote physical and mental health.
