医养结合服务模式在养老机构患者生存质量中的应用效果评价

目的探讨医养结合服务模式在养老机构老年患者生存质量中的应用及效果评价。方法选取2015年1月至3月205名老年患者为对照组,开展一般养老护理服务;选取2016年4月至6月205名老年患者为干预组,实施医养结合服务模式,包括组建医养结合小组、制订医养结合方案及实施医养结合方案。干预结束后,比较两组老年患者的生存质量、睡眠质量及对护理服务的满意度。结果两组老年患者的生存质量、老年患者对护理服务的满意度有显著差异,干预组高于对照组(P0.01);两组老年患者的睡眠质量评分比较,干预组低于对照组(P0.01)。结论医养结合服务模式可提高养老机构老年患者生存质量和满意度,改善其睡眠状况。

Application effects of the combination of hospital and pension agency service model on the quality of patients' life

Objective To explore the application effects of combination of hospital and pension agency service model on the quality of patients'life.Methods Totally,205 cases of elderly patients formed the control group,dated from January to March in 2015,and conducted general old-age care services.And the 205 cases of patients formed intervention group,dated from April to June in 2016,who received the combination of hospital and pension agency service model which included building intervention team,making up program and implementing the program.After intervention,quality of life,sleep quality and the satisfaction of service between two groups were compared.Results The intervention group had higher scores in the quality of life and the satisfaction of service than the control group,with significantly statistical difference (P ＜ 0.01).Meanwhile the intervention group had lower scores in the sleep quality than the control group (P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion Combination of hospital and pension agency service model can enhance the quality of patients'life and the satisfaction and improve patients' sleep quality.
