| 摘 要： | 选用昆明种小鼠和Ｗｉｓｔａｒ大鼠研究铁路木材防腐剂蒽油的急性毒性及遗传毒性。实验表明：小鼠急性经口ＬＤ５０＝１７８０ｍｇ／ｋｇ，大鼠急性经皮ＬＤ５０＝１３７４９．８８ｍｇ／ｋｇ，提示葱油不论对小鼠经口还是大鼠经皮均属低毒类物质。小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验及还想梢血淋巴细胞微核试验结果表明：蒽油可使小鼠上述两种细胞的微核率明显升高，提示蒽油尚有一定的遗传毒性。

| Abstract: | cute toxicity and genotoxicity of anthracene oil were studied with
Kunming strain mice andWistar rats. The resuIt shows that the median lethal dose(LD50) on
mice contaminated throughdigestive tract is 1 780 mg/kg,and 13 749.88 mg/kg on rats
contaminated through skin. It indi-cats that the anthracene oil has a low toxicity.Micronucleus
test shows that the anthracene oilenhances micronucleus rates significantly(P<0. 01,with a
does-response relationship)in bothmarrow PCE and peripheral blood lymphocyte of mice. It
suggests that the anthracene oil mayhave some genotoxicity also. |
