摘    要: 目的探讨不同影响因素对武警战士皮肤真菌感染过程影响.方法分析了1995例武警战士真菌感染率、训练强度、血型、治疗效果和菌种分布与真菌感染之间关系.结果发现0型血感染率高.随训练强度的增加,皮肤真菌感染率增加.菌种分布以红色毛癣菌为主.结论皮肤真菌感染与训练强度、治疗效果和血型存在联系.

Abstract:Objective to investigate the factors influencing the development of dermatophytosis in soldiers.Methods The infection rates training intensity,blood types effects of treatment,and distribution of fungal strains were studied in 1995 soldiers. Results The my- cotic infection rate in the soldiers with blood type O was higher than those with other groupa(P<0.05);the infective rate increased with increasing training intensity;the dominant strain was trichophyton rubrum. Conclusions Infection of Dermatophtosis is related to training intensity,blood type,effects of treatment and fungal strains
