摘    要:目的 探讨糖尿病患者血清中谷酸脱闳酶反应性T淋巴细胞的阳性反应及临床意义。方法 应用对硝基苯2酰氨基已糖(NAG)微量酶反应比色法反映细胞增殖,检测37例1型糖尿病(DM)患者外周血单核细胞对谷氨酸脱羧酶(GAD)的反应性,并以2型DM、其他自身免疫性疾病患者及正常人各30例对照。结果 1型DM GAD反应性T细胞的阳性率为35.1%(13/30),其他自身免疫性疾病10%(3/10),而2型DM

Abstract:Objective To investigate the glutamic acid decarboxylase|reactive T cells in diabetes mellitus(DM). Methods The proliferative responses to glutamic acid decarboxylase(GAD) of peripheral blood mononuclear cells was measured in patients with type 1 DM, type 2 DM, other autoimmune disease and healthy controls. Results The prevalence of GAD|reactive T cells was 36.7%(11/30) of type 1 DM, 10%(3/30) of other autoimmune disease and none of 30 type 2 DM and 30 healthy controls. Very significant difference was observed between type 1 DM and healthy controls(P<0.01). The prevalence of GAD|reactive T cells in newly diagnosed type 1 DM was 62.5%(10/16) (duration <1 year). But only 7.1%(1/14) of type 1 DM of longer duration(1.5~20 year) responded to GAD. Conclusion GAD|reactive T cells will be of value in the diagnosis, treatment and elucidation of mechanism of diabetes mellitus.;
