彩超诊断川崎病冠状动脉损害的临床价值与治疗监测意义

目的探讨彩超在川崎病冠状动脉损害的诊断及治疗监测价值。方法对2008年1月-2012年8月临床诊断为川崎病的37例患儿超声征象进行回顾性分析。并将冠状动脉扩张与非冠状动脉扩张两组的超声征象进行统计学比较。结果 37例患儿冠状动脉损害中,LCA扩张12例,RCA扩张8例,LCA、RCA同时扩张16例,冠状动脉瘤1例。冠状动脉扩张和非冠状动脉扩张两组征象有明显差异。结论彩超不仅为川崎病冠状动脉损害提供诊断依据,而且对治疗监测有重要价值。

Clinical value of Kawasaki disease coronary artery lesions by color Doppler and significance of post-treatment follow-up analysis

【Objective】 To evaluate the value of Coronary artery lesions caused by Kawasaki disease through colour Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis and treatment monitoring.【Methods】 In January 2008 to August of 2012,37 cases of children with a clinical diagnosis of Kawasaki disease and clinical echeardiography,two categorized groups of inspecting appearances：coronary artery ectasia and non-coronary artery ectasia were statistically analyzed.【Resluts】37 patients suffered coronary artery lesions,of which 12 cases LCA expansion,8 cases RCA expansion,16 cases with both LCA and RCA expansion and one with coronary artery aneurysms and ditinctive differences were between the two groups of testing appearances.【Conclusion】Dopplers ultrasound examination is not only to provide a basis for Coronary artery lesions caused by Kawasaki disease,but also valuable to its monitoring and treatment.
