| 摘 要： | 目的探讨卡泊三醇与卤米松序贯疗法治疗稳定期斑块状银屑病的疗效与安全性。方法将120例患者随机分为三组,治疗组早晨外用卡泊三醇1次/d,晚上外用卤米松1次/d,对照Ⅰ组仅用卡泊三醇2次/d,对照Ⅱ组仅用卤米松2次/d。均治疗4周后观察疗效。结果卡泊三醇与卤米松序贯治疗组有效率(81.58%)与卡泊三醇(62.86%)及卤米松组(60.00%)相比,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05),且不良反应少。结论卡泊三醇与卤米松序贯疗法治疗稳定期斑块状银屑病疗效好,不良反应少。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of the combination of calcipotriol and halometasone in the treatment of plaque psoriasis.Methods One hundred and twenty patients were divided into three groups.Treatment group used calcipotriol once in the morning and halometasone once in evening.The control groupⅠonly used calcipotriol twice a day.The control groupⅡonly used halometasone twice a day. Four weeks later compared the effectiveness of each group.Results The efficiency of treatment group (81.58%) was significantly higher than that in calcipotriol group(62.86%) and halometasone group (60.00%) after 4 weeks(P<0.05).Safety date showed the frequency of adverse events in the treatment group was low.Conclusion The sequential therapy of calcipotriol and halometasone is effective and safe. |
