| 摘 要： | 目的评价一清胶囊联合盐酸多西环素胶囊治疗寻常性痤疮的疗效。方法将100例寻常性痤疮患者随机分为3组。联合治疗组34例,予盐酸多西环素胶囊100mg饭后服,2次/d,一清胶囊饭后口服2粒,3次/d,共21天;多西环素组34例,单纯口服多西环素;一清胶囊组32例,单纯口服一清胶囊,用法和用量均同联合治疗组。结果治疗结束后,联合治疗组、多西环素组及一清胶囊组的痊愈率分别为52.90%,35.30%和31.25%,有效率分别为94.10%,61.80%和59.38%。多西环素组及一清胶囊组的有效率均低于联合治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05),多西环素组与一清胶囊组有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。联合治疗组无明显不良反应。结论一清胶囊联合盐酸多西环素胶囊治疗寻常性痤疮有效,不良反应少。
