| 摘 要： | 目的 通过分析天津市大港区35岁以上居民的慢性病危险因素,为制定干预措施提供科学依据.方法 采用多阶段分层随机抽样的方法,对该地区的调查对象进行问卷调查、体格检查以及实验室检测.应用SPSS 13.0软件进行统计学分析.结果 该地区居民的慢性病患病率为15.33%,男、女性的患病率分别为14.71%、15.89%.多因素Logistic回归分析显示,家族史、年龄、饮食情况、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、收入、压力、体质指数(BMI)、纤维蛋白原(Fib)为慢性病的危险因素(P＜0.05).结论 慢性病已成为调查地区一项重要的公共卫生问题,科学整合慢性病的临床特征以确定高危人群和个体,并采取特异性的综合干预措施已成为当务之急.
