| 摘 要： | 目的观察性伴告知在治疗复发性念珠菌性包皮龟头炎中的价值。方法将59例入选病例随机分成两组,干预组28例,予氟康唑片口服加克霉唑外用治疗,同时实施性伴告知,即通知其性伴前来就诊;对照组31例,只予上述药物治疗。结果干预组治疗结束后3个月和6个月时的复发率分别为7.14%和10.71%,而对照组分别为29.03%和41.94%,干预组复发率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论性伴告知可以及时发现患病性伴并对其进行治疗,对降低念珠菌性包皮龟头炎的复发率有重要作用。
