盐酸非索非那定联合雷公藤多甙治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床观察

目的观察盐酸非索非那定联合雷公藤多甙治疗慢性荨麻疹与盐酸非索非那定单独应用治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法 75例过敏门诊慢性荨麻疹患者,随机分为治疗组38例,对照组37例,治疗组口服盐酸非索非那定片60mg,2次/d,雷公藤多甙片10mg,3次/d,对照组单独使用盐酸非索非那定片,用法同治疗组,两组疗程均为4周,计算疗效指数,判定疗效。结果两组有效率(84.21%和62.16%)差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盐酸非索非那定联合雷公藤多甙治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效肯定,药物协同作用明显。

Clinical Observation of Fexofenadine Hydrochloride Combined with Tripterygium Glycosides for Chronic Urticaria Treatment

Objective To observe the clinical effects of fexofenadine hydrochloride combined with tripterygium glycosides treating for chronic urticaria and fexofenadine hydrochloride treating for chronic urticaria solely.Methods Serenty-five chronic urticaria patient selected from allergic clinic were divided into treatment group of 38 cases and control group of 37 cases randomly.Treatment group applied fexofenadine hydrochloride,60mg,twice a day,combined with tripterygium glycosides,10mg,three times a day.Control group applied fexofenadine hydrochloride solely,60mg,twice a day.Treatment course was 4 weeks.Effective index was used to caculate the effective rate.Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 84.21% and that of the control group was 62.16%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The fexofenadine hydrochloride combined with tripterygium glycosides had the effective to treat chronic urticaria.There is severe side reaction,and drug synergism is prominent.
