| 摘 要： | 目的 从中医治疗有明显效果的社区常见病入手,探讨以病定技术的中医适宜技术在社区中的应用和推广.方法 在深圳市西乡街道选取3家社区健康服务中心(社康中心)作为试点单位.按以病定技术原则制定10种社区常见病的中医治疗方案及操作流程,社康中心的全科医师按操作流程开展中医服务.结果 经过试点后对推广方案进行多方评价,为中医适宜技术在社区的推广提供依据,为促进"中医进社区"的发展提供科学、合理的模式.结论 影响以病定技术的中医适宜技术在社区应用的因素较多,实施以病定技术的中医适宜技术社区应用和推广,有望提高中医适宜技术在社区应用的社会效益和经济效益.
