| 摘 要： | 目的探讨盐酸非索非那定片联合卡介菌多糖核酸治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法 100例慢性荨麻疹患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组口服盐酸非索非那定片60mg,2次/d,同时联合卡介菌多糖核酸注射液2mL,肌肉注射隔日1次;对照组单纯口服盐酸非索非那定片60mg,2次/d。两组均治疗12周判定疗效。结果治疗组与对照组痊愈率分别为70.00%和40.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。有效率分别为84.00%和60.00%,差异亦具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盐酸非索非那定片联合卡介菌多糖核酸治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效好,不良反应少。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the therapeutic efficacy of Fexofenadine Hydrochloride combined with BCG-PSN injection on treating chronic urticaria. Methods One hundred patients were divided into two groups:50 of them (therapeutic group) were treated with Fexofenadine Hydrochloride orally,60mg,2 times every day,combined with 2mL BCG-PSN injection qod; the other 50 patients (control group) were treated with Fexofenadine Hydrochloride oral only. Changes in the skin leasion were evaluated using the modified rodnan score. Results The cure rate of the therapeutic group and control group were 70.00% and 40.00%. There were significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). The efficiency of the therapeutic group and control group were 84.00% and 60.00%. There were significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Fexofenadine Hydrochloride combine with BCG-PSN injection are effective in the treatment of chronic urticaria. |
