| 摘 要： | 该3例患者为姐弟关系,自幼面、颈、双手背均出现扁平疣状损害,且近2年来额部均出现油腻性疣状增生物或脂溢性角化样皮损,组织病理符合疣状表皮发育不良(EV)伴发皮肤癌前病变.诊断:疣状表皮发育不良;癌前病变.予多次冷冻治疗后皮损基本变平. |

| Abstract: | The relationship of three patients are siblings,they all presented with flate papule on the skin with face,neck and both hands in their childhood.They successively appeared verrucous proliferation/seborrhoeic and keratotic erythra on frontal part for 2 yeats.The pathologic diagnosis were supported the Epidermodysplasia Vrruciformis complicating precancerosis.Diagnosis:Epidermodysplasia Vrruciformis;Complicating precancerosis.The erythra became fiat after repeated cryotherapy. |
