| 摘 要： | 目的分析匐行性血管瘤的临床表现、组织病理和诊断,提高对本病的认识。方法回顾分析匐行性血管瘤患者的临床和组织病理特点,并温习国内外相关文献,对本病的临床特征进行分析。结果本科诊治的4例匐行性血管瘤患者均具有典型的临床表现和组织病理学改变,皮损主要为群集的匐行性红斑,表面有撒胡椒粉样紫红色斑点,皮肤镜下为界限清晰的"红湖"样结构,组织病理为真皮乳头和浅层集簇分布的扩张的毛细血管,无炎症或含铁黄素沉着,该临床特点有助于鉴别诊断。结论匐行性血管瘤是一种少见病,诊断主要根据临床特征和组织病理,易被误诊为其他疾病而进行不必要的检查。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical,histophatological and diagnostic features of angioma serpiginosum. Methods A retrospective case series analyse was conducted on patients with angioma serpiginosum. Results All 4 cases of angioma serpiginosum reported here had typical clinical and histopathological features.
