| 摘 要： | 目的探讨Merkel细胞癌的诊断、治疗及预后。方法对本科诊治的1例Merkel细胞癌病例进行光镜和免疫组化观察,并结合文献进行分析。结果瘤细胞核分裂像多,瘤细胞呈弥漫分布或巢索状排列。免疫组化标记显示:CK,Syn和cgA阳性。术后1周时发现有局部淋巴结转移。结论 Merkel细胞癌是一种较为罕见、且进展极快的皮肤肿瘤。诊断主要依靠组织病理,包括免疫组化方法,予以综合治疗后仍有局部复发和远处转移的倾向,预后较差。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of Merkel cell carcinoma(MCC).Methods For one case of dermatology diagnostic Merkel cell carcinoma,light microscopy and immunohistochemical(IHC) staining were used with review of the literature.Results The nuclei of tumor cells had a high frequency of mitoses.Tumor cells showed diffuse distribution or nest the bands of arrangement.IHC staining for cytokeratin(CK),synaptosin(SYN) and chromogranin A(cgA)were positive in most cells.Local lymph node met... |
