神经性皮炎患者抑郁焦虑情绪测查

目的了解神经性皮炎患者抑郁和焦虑情绪的具体程度,为正确诊治提供依据。方法选用抑郁自评量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)对125例门诊神经性皮炎患者进行测查,并将测得的数值分别与中国常模数值进行统计学比较。结果皮炎组SDS标准分均值为49.65±11.08,显著高于中国常模(P<0.001)。皮炎组SAS标准分均值为53.43±12.39,显著高于中国常模(P<0.001)。结论神经性皮炎患者的抑郁和焦虑情绪突出,对这一现象应予重视。

The Investigation and Quantification of the Depressive and Anxious Emotion of Patients with Neurodematitis

Objective To investigate the stage-situation of depressive and anxious emotion of the patients with neurodermatitis,and to provide the dependent-indications for diagnosis and therapy.Methods The self-rating depression scale(SDS)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)were used to test 125 out-department patients with neurodematitis,and compared with Chinese normal.Results The mean value of SDS was 49.65±11.08 in the neurodermatitis group,and it was higher than Chinese normal group significantly(P<0.001).The mean value of SAS was 53.43±12.39 in the neurodermatitis group,also it was significantly higher compared with the Chinese normal group(P<0.001).Conclusion The depressive and anxious emotion is very evident in the patients with neurodermatitis.We should pay attention to this phenomenon.
