| 摘 要： | 目的通过采用二氧化碳激光切除疣体联合局部注射治疗尖锐湿疣,以提高其治愈率,降低复发率。方法 145例病人随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组采用二氧化碳激光行疣体基底部沿真皮平行切除疣体后,同时在基底部皮内给予2.5%5-FU与2%利多卡因按7∶3的比例混合溶液一次性注射治疗。对照组采用二氧化碳激光直接将疣体组织气化后,再行重组人干扰素α-2b 300万U,隔日一次肌肉注射,免疫治疗一个月进行疗效对比。结果治疗后6个月治疗组的治愈率为92.68%,高于对照组80.95%(P<0.05),疗效显著。结论二氧化碳激光切割联合局部注射5-Fu方法简便、易操作是治疗尖锐湿疣的有效方法。
