| 摘 要： | 本文对应用保留肛门括约肌手术治疗低位直肠癌６４例作回顾性分析。五年生存率３１．２５％，局部复发率３．６２％。结果表明，对适当选择的低位直肠癌病例，保留肛门括约肌手术的生存率和病人生活质量都是令人满意的。讨论了手术方法的依据，手术适应征和术后并发症的防治。

| Abstract: | Surgical treatment of low rectal carcinoma with sphinctersaving resection(SSR)on 64 patients was analyzedretrospectively.The 5-year survival rate was 81.25%and local recurrence,8.62%.The results showed that in properlyselected cases,the outcome was satisfactory either in survival rate or in quality of life,We discussed the bases and indicationsfor the SSR and the prevention and treatment of its complications. |
