肾恶性血管球瘤1例报道及免疫组化与超微结构观察

目的：报告1例原发于肾的恶性血管球瘤，讨论其临床病理特征及预后。方法：通过光镜、免疫组织化学及电镜观察，结合文献复习，对肾恶性血管球瘤进行初步研究。结果：肾恶性血管球瘤具有一定的形态学特征和免疫组化特征，但其诊断的确立需排除肾血管旁细胞瘤、血管外皮瘤、肾腺瘤等形态学相似的肿瘤。结论：恶性血管球瘤是肾非常少见的恶性肿瘤，临床上易与肾癌混淆，明确诊断需依靠光镜，免疫组化、电镜结果的综合分析。

Malignant glomus tumosr in the kidney: a case report and cal and ultrastructural studies

Objective To report a case of malignant glomus tumor in kidney and to investigate the pathological characteristics,and prognosis. Methods The light microscopy,immunohistochemical staining ,and electron microscopy were used in this study. Results Malignant glomus tumor had its morphological and immunohistochemical characteristics. To establish the diagnosis, juxtaglomerular cell tumor, hemangiopericytoma and renal adenocarcinoma should be ruled out. Conclusions Malignant glomus tumor in kidney is very rare, and can be misdiagnosed as renal carcinoma. The diagnosis of this tumor depend mostly on morphology and immunohistochemical staining .
