药事服务费研究和实施进展

目的:探索药事服务费的定义及提出背景,以及目前国内外的研究现状,以期发现目前研究中存在的问题,为今后该方面的研究提出相应建议.方法:通过定义与背景探讨和文献综述的形式发现问题并提出解决方案.结果与讨论:现有研究缺乏对我国药事服务费影响因素的研究分析,且学者们提出的实施难点及政策建议往往局限于某一方面,缺乏系统性和全面性.在研究方法方面,国内学者偏重于定性理论研究,缺乏定量研究方法,这使得其研究结论缺乏足够的说服力和可操作性.

Study on Pharmaceutical Service Fee and its Progress

Objectivc： To explore the definition and background of pharmaceutical service fee, and analyse the research status at home and abroad, find out the existed problems in current study and raise some proposals for future study. Methods： By defining the pharmaceutical service fee and through literature review to identify problems and propose solutions. Rosults and Conclusions： The existing research is lack of influencing factors on pharmaceutical service fee, and implementation difficulties and policy recommendations raised by scholars were often limited to a particular aspect and lack of systematic and comprehensive analysis. In research methods aspect, scholars at home put emphasis on qualitative theory, and there were lack of quantitative research methods, which makes the conclusions are not so convincing and practical.
