扶正固本胶囊对小鼠免疫功能和抗应激作用的影响

目的:研究扶正固本胶囊对正常小鼠免疫功能和抗应激作用的影响.方法:采用小鼠炭粒廓清法、小鼠迟发型变态反应、小鼠溶血素抗体生成3种免疫实验方法和小鼠低温游泳,小鼠低温耐寒,小鼠常压耐缺氧3种应激能力试验方法.对扶正固本胶囊的免疫调节功能和抗应激作用进行研究.结果:扶正固本胶囊灌胃给药,连续7 d,在3.28 g/kg的剂量下能使小鼠网状内皮系统的吞噬指数K和吞噬系数a的值显著增加(P<0.05).在3.28 g/kg,1.64 g/kg,0.827 g/kg的剂量下能使小鼠的HC50值显著增高(P<0.01).在3.28 g/kg的剂量下能显著抑制小鼠迟发性超敏反应(P<0.05).在3.28 g/kg,1.64 g/kg的剂量下,能显著延长小鼠冷水游泳的时间(P<0.01);在3.28 g/kg的剂量下,能显著减少小鼠在寒冷环境中的死亡率(P<0.05)和显著延长小鼠在常压耐缺氧条件下的存活时间.结论:扶正固本胶囊具有增强机体免疫力和抗应激的作用.
