| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨下颌骨粉碎性骨折用重建接骨板和小型钛板坚固内固定后,是否采用颌间牵引对咬合关系的影响.方法 对76例下颌骨粉碎性骨折患者行重建接骨板和小型钛板坚固内固定复位术,其中38例术后配合颌间牵引(治疗组),38例未行颌间牵引(对照组),对两组治疗效果进行比较分析.结果 治疗组患者术后咬合关系改善明显优于对照组,两组效果比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 下颌骨粉碎性骨折应用重建接骨板加小型钛板坚固内固定配合术后颌间牵引治疗,与单纯应用重建接骨板加小型钛板坚固内固定相比,对术后咬合关系改善明显,减少了术后咬合关系不良并发症的发生.
