颅内动脉瘤和颈内动脉海绵窦瘘的微弹簧圈栓塞治疗

采用介入放射学方法对6例颅内动脉瘤和14例颈内动脉海绵窦瘘进行了国产微弹簧圈的栓塞治疗。结果4例脑动脉瘤瘤腔栓塞90％,另2例瘤腔完全充填闭塞。14例CCF有12例栓塞满意,栓塞后一周杂音逐渐消失。2例行2次栓塞。本组结果提示微弹簧圈栓塞是颅内动脉瘤和颈内动脉海绵窦瘘的一个简单有效的方法,对其适应证和并发症的预防应当进一步探讨。

Ocdusive Treatment of Intracranial Aneurysms and Carotid Cavernous Fistula with Wolfram Cofls

6 cases of intracranial aneurysms and 14 cases of carotid cavernous fistula (CCF) were embolized by using domestic wolfram coils with interven-tional radiological procedure. In the 2 cases of intracranial aneurysm the lumen of aneurysm was completely occluded, and the other 4 was occluded nearly to 90% . In 14 cases of CCF, two cases were embolized satisfactory, and the orbital bruit vanished in one week later; one case was embolized successfully but complicated with severe spasm of the internal carotid artery; the other case failed to decrease the shunts of CCF after two attempts of the procedure. The results demonstrated that the occlusion of intracranial aneurysm and CCF with wolfram coils was a simple and effective method for treatment. The indication and prevention of complication should be further studied.
