加强护士礼仪培训、提高护理服务形象

目的完善护士自我形象，提高护士职业道德修养，从而提高护理服务质量。方法采取集中礼仪授课，美学讲座，观看录像．动作示范与礼仪竞赛等．逐步养成了良好的礼仪行为。结果通过护士规范的礼仪服务，提高了护理服务质量，使病人满意度大幅度提高。结论在医院推广规范化护士礼仪服务，对全面提高护士自身素质，树立良好的服务形象，促进医院的优质服务具有十分重要的意义。

Enhancing Proprieties Training of Nurse, Improving Service Quality of Nursing

Objective To perfect self--image of nurse and improve professional ethics of nurse, consequently, to improve the quality of nursing service. Methods Using the method of teaching proprieties assemblely, providing lectures of esthetics, seeing kinescope, demonstrating the action and holding contest of nursing proprieties. Results As a result of normative nursing service, the quality of nursing service have been improved largely. Conclusion In order to promote high quality service of hospital, improve self-- quality of nurse and build up good service image,it is important to generalize normative proprieties service of nursing in hospital .
