胃癌患者手术前后sIL-2R水平的动态观察

目的 探讨胃癌患者围手术期血清中可溶性白细胞介素-2受体(sIL—2R)水平的变化及临床意义。方法 应用双抗体夹心(ELISA)法检测38例胃癌患者手术前后血清中sIL—2R的水平。结果 胃癌患者血清中sIL—2R水平明显高于健康人对照(P＜0．01)，围手术期免疫功能呈现暂时抑制。术后14天，患者血清中sIL-2R逐渐恢复至术前水平。结论 胃癌患者存在免疫抑制，手术可加重免疫抑制，2周后免疫功能才逐渐得到恢复。动态检测胃癌患者血清sIL—2R可作为其免疫状况评价、病情和预后判断的有价值的指标。

Pre-and postoperative dynamic study on the level of sIL-2R in patients with gastric carcinoma

Objective To study the expression of serum soluble interleukin|2 receptor (sIL|2R) level in the perioperative period of patients with gastric carcinoma and its clinical significance.Methods Serum sIL|2R was measured in 38 patients with gastric carcinoma during perioperative period by method of sandwich enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).Results The preoperative serum sIL|2R level in patients with gastric carcinoma was significantly higher than that in healthy control ($P$<0.01). The immunologic function underwent a process from temporary immunosuppression to gradual recovery during perioperative period. On the 14th day after operation the level of sIL-2R was recovered to the preoperative level.Conclusion Immunosuppression existed in patients with gastric carcinoma, and operation could exacerbate immunosuppression. The immunologic function was recovered on the 14th day after operation. The dynamic measuring of serum sIL|2R might evaluate the state of immunity, clinical condition and prognosis in patients with gastric carcinoma.
