胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔的手术治疗分析

摘    要:目的:探讨胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔的病因诊断、手术方式及治疗效果.并针对此进行分析。方法:对医院60例胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔手术治疗的临床资料进行回顾性总结、分析。结果:15例进行非手术治疗,其总治愈率为66.7%。45例进行手术治疗,其总治愈率为97.8%,其中35例行穿孔缝合修补术,9例行胃大部切除结肠前胃空肠吻合术。1例行胃癌根治术。结论:选择非手术治疗较安全,尤其是对高龄和有重要器官并发症等手术危险性较大者.尤为适合。必要时应用手术是治疗胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔十分有效的方法,提早诊断、及时手术是治疗该病的关键。其中单纯穿孔修补术是一种疗效确切、保证患者生活质量的行之有效的治疗方法。

The analysis of stomach surgery for perforated duodenal ulcer

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the cause of perforation of gastroduodenal ulcer diagnosis, and treatment of surgical results, and analysis to that. Methods: 60 cases in a hospital surgical treatment of gastroduodenal ulcer perforation of the clinical data retrospectively were analyzed. Results: 15 cases of non-surgical treatment, the total cure rate was 66.7%. Carried out in 45 cases of surgical treatment, the total cure rate was 97.8%, of which 35 cases of suture repair for perforated, 9 subtotal gastrectomy routine gastrojejunostomy before colon surgery, 1 of gastric cancer patients with radical mastectomy. Conclusion: The choice for the treatment of non-relatively safe, especially for the vital organs of the elderly and the risk of surgical complications, such as the greater is particularly suitable. Application, if necessary, it is a very effective method for gastroduodenal ulcer perforation. It is the key to early diagnosis and timely surgical treatment of the disease. Simple perforation repair which is a definite effect, and ensure the quality of life in patients with effective treatment.
