布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇雾化治疗毛细支气管炎52例疗效观察

目的:探讨布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇氧动雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎患儿的疗效。方法:将符合诊断标准毛细支气管炎52例患儿随机分为治疗组26例、对照组26例。两组均予抗病毒、抗感染、止咳化痰等常规治疗,治疗组加用布地奈德溶液(商品名普米克令舒)每次0.5mg及0.5%沙丁胺醇(商品名万托林)每次0.25mL氧动雾化吸入。对照组加用氨茶碱每次2～4mg/kg,地塞米松每次0.2mg/kg,静脉滴注,每日1～2次。并观察患者治疗后症状、体征及住院天数变化。结果:治疗组喘憋、哮鸣音、咳嗽消失及住院天数均短于对照组(P均<0.05～0.01)。结论:布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇氧动雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎效果好,且方法简单,尤其适合基层医院使用。

Effects of budesonide combing with salbutamol on bronchiolitis:clinical observation of 52 cases

Objective：To investigate the effects of budesonide and salbutamol inhalation on capillary bronchiolitis in children.Methods：A total of 52 eligible bronchiolitis cases were randomly divided into treatment group（26 cases）and control group（26 cases）,both of the two groups were given anti-virus,anti-infection,resolving phlegm and relieving cough treatment,the control group was also given an extra inhalation of budesonide solution（0.5 mg）and 0.5% salbutamol,atomized together with 0.25 mL oxygen.The control group was also given an intravenous infusion of aminophylline（2-4 mg/kg）and dexamethasone（0.2mg/kg）,1 to 2 times per day.Improvements in symptoms,physician signs and length of hospital stay of the two groups were observed and compared between the two groups.Results：Improvements of gasp,wheezing rales,cough was significant obvious and length of hospital stay was shorter in the treatment group than that in the control group（P all 〈0.050.01）.Conclusions：Inhalation of budesonide and salbutamol atomized together with oxygen is simple but effective on bronchiolitis,thus is good for application in primary hospital.
