158例远视屈光不正性弱视治愈前后的远/近立体视锐度测定

目的探讨远视屈光不正性弱视儿童的远/近立体视觉的状态及治愈后立体视锐度的变化。方法对158名远视屈光不正性弱视儿童在治愈前后进行远/近立体锐度(stereoacuity,SA)检查。结果(1)治愈前远SA优于近SA(P<0．025)。(2)治愈后远/近SA都有明显提高(P<0．005)。(3)<5岁被诊治患儿SA提高优于>5岁才接受诊治的患儿(P<0．005)。结论(1)远视屈光不正性弱视患儿远SA优于近SA;治愈后近SA比远SA提高快。(2)弱视儿童治愈时间越早越好,它有利于立体视觉功能的提高。

The measurement of far/near distance stereoacuity in 158 children with hyperopia ametropic amblyopia

Objective To study the difference information between far/near distance stereoacuity (SA) of hyperopia ametropic amblyopia and the influence of treatment. Methods The far/near distance SA were measured in158 subjects with hyperopia ametropic amblyopia before and after the treatmjent. Results The far distance SA was better than distance SA before the treatment. After the treatmemt the far distance SA and the near distance SA were improved greatly. The little age of the first treatment, the better the far distance and the near distance SA. Conclusion In hyperopia ametropic amblyopia the improvement of the near distance SA is better than the far distance SA. There is no time limit for the treatment opportunity of amblyopia. The early treatment, the better effection.
