| 摘 要： | 2001年3月－2002年1月，我科对23例经病理学证实未接受过化疗的晚期鼻咽癌患进行时辰化疗，应用Melodie多通道编程输液泵进行电脑调控，按照正弦曲线形式进行时辰给药。23例患化疗后有效率为100％。进行时辰化疗时，护士掌握时辰化疗的全过程，正确使用Melodie化疗泵；遵医嘱选择合适的交换器和液体袋，准确配置药液；化疗前让病人了解时辰化疗的原理、优点即根据生物节律特征选择合适的给药时机，可使抗癌药物的毒性降低，疗效提高，生存质量改善。妥善进行导管的护理，防止导管滑脱、局部感染、药物外渗等；观察化疗后患的反应，保证时辰化疗的顺利进行。

| Abstract: | In this study,23patients admitted from March2001to January2002were treated with chronochemotherapy.Melodie multichannel programmed pump(AguetiantCo.,France)was used in chronochemotherapy.The objective response after chemotherapy reached100%.The experience showed that in the process,nurses should master the whole procedures of medical administration and operate the Melodie pump correctly,choose suitable transfusion bag and exchange implements.Nurses should make the patients understand the principles and advantages of chronochemo therapy,select suitable administration time according to bio-rhythm to lower the toxicity of drugs and improve life quality.Meanwhile,nurses should nurse catheters delicately to prevent its surge,local infection and drug overflow.It is very important as well for nurses to observe the reaction after chemotherapy. |
