腹壁子宫内膜异位症的超声诊断

目的探讨腹壁子宫内膜异位症声像图表现和临床价值。方法对12例手术和病理证实的腹壁子宫内膜异位症的声像图表现进行回顾性分析。结果8例肿块位于皮下脂肪层至筋膜层，4例侵及肌层，大小为1．4～3．2cm。形态不规则，边界欠清晰，未见包膜回声，内部呈不均匀低回声区，部分内见少量散在分布的液性无回声区，加彩后显示7例包块周边见点状、短棒状血流信号，5例未见血流信号。3例合并卵巢巧克力囊肿。结论结合病史及临床表现，超声检查有助于腹壁子宫内膜异位症的术前诊断，从而对术中病灶的彻底清除具有指导意义。

Abdominal wall endometriomas diagnosed and analyzed by ultrasound

Objective To describe the features and clinic value of sonography in abdominal wall endometriomas. Methods Uhrasonographic appearance of abdominal wall emdometriomas of 12 patients confirmed by pathology and operation were analyzed retrospectively. Results Sonography disclosed that 8 nodules were located at the subcutaneous tissue to muscularisfagcia Among them,4 nodules infiltrated muscle. The nodules size was 1.4 - 3.2 cm. The sonographic features were irregular shape and irregular margins, without envelope, a hypoechoic in homogeneous echo texture with internal anechoic lacunae. Color Doppler examination showed that the color signal pattern was dot-like and/or linear in 7 patients, while the others without color signal pattern.3 patients had chocolate cyst.Conclusion Integrated with the medical history and clinical manifestation, ultrasonography could be helpful to the preoperative diagnosis of abdominal wall endometriomas, which is very signiticative in clearing away the focus fully during operation.
