血清铁蛋白对拉米夫定治疗慢性乙型肝炎患者的影响

目的探讨血清铁蛋白的变化对拉米夫定治疗慢性乙型肝炎的影响。方法采用常规方法观察34例拉米夫定治疗乙型肝炎患者临床疗效与血清铁蛋白水平的关系。结果血清铁蛋白的增高与肝脏病变的严重程度呈正比。在拉米夫定治疗的34例患者中，血清铁蛋白水平〈300ng／ml者疗效明显优于300ng／ml以上者（P〈0.005），提示血清铁蛋白水平增高使患者对拉米夫定的反应降低，在有治疗反应的22例患者中，持续反应者与暂时反应者血清铁蛋白均值差异有统计学意义（t=4.147，P〈0.005）。结论血清铁蛋白水平较高可能降低对拉米夫定治疗的反应性且使疗效不持久。

Influence of serum ferritin for the treatment of lamivudine in patients with chronic hepatitis B

Objective To inverstigate whether serum ferritin influences the response to treament of lamivudine in patients with chronic hepatitis B. Methods The effect of treatment and serum ferritin levels were determined in 34patients with chronic hepatitis B. Result There is a light plus correlation between the increased serum ferritin level and serve grade of liver disease. Among 34 eases treated by lamivudine the effect in the group of sereum ferritin 〈300 ng/ml is better than in the group of serum ferritin 300ng/ml and over（P 〈0.005）. It is suggested that the serum ferritin level increased, the response rate to lamivudine declined. It is statistically singnifieant between substained and transient response group in 22 cases response S （t = 4.147, P 〈0.005）. Conclosion It is suggested that serum ferritin level is an important factor of influence to in the tratment of chronic hepatitis B by lamivudine.
