| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨中药芦荟灵芝胶囊的润肠通使作用。方法：使用复方地芬诺酯建立小鼠便秘模型，通过观察小鼠小肠推进运动、首次排便时间、粪便性状，来判断芦荟灵芝胶囊治疗便秘的作用。结果：在不影响小鼠体重条件下，芦荟灵芝胶囊能提高墨汁推进率，缩短首次排便时间，并且增加排便总量。结论：芦荟灵芝胶囊能有效治疗便秘，且作用温和。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the cathartic action of Aloes Ganoderma Capsule(AGC). Methods: The intestinal propulsion,the time of discharging the first stool,and the excrementitious properties in mice after being administered with Compound Diphenoxylate to develop a constipation model were observed. Results: Without affecting the weight of the mice,AGC can enhance the intestinal propulsive rate,shorten the time of discharging the first stool,and increase fecel quantity. Conclusion: AGC can be used for the treatment of constipation,and the effect is mild. |
