| 摘 要： | 目的探讨成人先天性髋关节发育不良(DDH)行人工全髋关节置换(THR)手术的方法和疗效。方法THR治疗成人DDH26例30髋,年龄29～55岁,平均46岁。结果随访10～80个月,患髋功能基本正常,行走无疼痛,Harris评分平均82分。结论THR是治疗成人DDH的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the surgical methods and results of total hip replacement (THR) in the treatment of development dysplasia of hip (DDH) in adult.Methods 30 hips in 26 adult patients with advanced osteoarthritis secondary to DDH undergone THR were included in this study.The meanage was 46 (29-55) years.Results The incision healed smoothy.The mean follow-up period was 31 months (ranged 10-80 months).The Harris score was 82.Conclusion THR is an effective method in the treatment of osteoarthritis secondary to DDH. |
