| 摘 要： | 目的探讨植入式药泵联合自控镇痛系统用于癌痛治疗的可行性。方法选择相应的硬膜外间隙穿刺置管,皮下植入药泵,经皮连接自控镇痛系统,持续注入吗啡布比卡因复合止痛液。结果25例癌痛患者镇痛效果均为显效,其中19例为A级,6例为B级的效果,未见明显呼吸抑制、尿潴留及呕吐等副作用,无硬膜外间隙感染。结论植入式药泵联合自控镇痛系统治疗癌痛是一种安全、有效的治疗癌痛的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the implanted drug therapy pump with patient-controlled analgesia system for cancer pain control.Methods 25 patients with cancer pain were implanted drug therapy pump through epidural space.The pump was connected to patient-controlled analgesia system,morphine and bupivacaine mixture were infused continuously.Results Good effects were achieved in all 25 cases,of which 19 cases were degree A,6 cases degree B.There were no side-effects such as respiratory depression, retention of urine,vomiting and epidural space infection.Conclusion It is an effective and safe method to treat cancer pain by implanted drug therapy pump with patient-controlled analgesia system. |
